Room was well-appointed and tastefully decorated and fairly clean.
Beautiful old hotel and the location within walking distance of all the things one wants to see in the historic district of Savannah was prime. Lovely building and rooms on the upper level. Location close enough to the free downtown/uptown buses and the main tourist area.

The prime location was next door to Calhoun Square. The hotel was in a fantastic area not far from the Historical District and all the 24 parks and historic neighborhoods of the Old South. I liked the historic-style building and tastefully decorated room. The breakfast was freshly cooked and rich and offered a good choice of items.
